Whitelist 3rd Party Phishing Training Campaigns

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could help.  We have a customer that uses Sophos Mail and they have the Sophos Report Button in Outlook.

We are using phishing training from a third party provider (NOT Sophos Phish Threat) and despite us having whitelisted the sending domain, as soon as one user clicks the 'report' button, the message is getting quarantined for all users.  Is there any way to prevent this?  If not, this effectively renders phishing campaigns from any solution provider other than Sophos as useless.
