It would not be possible to add an exception as *.brk.de to allow domains @kvrottal-inn.brk.de

yes you right. I cant add an exception only for *.brk.de, i need whole domains name as "@kvrottal-inn.brk.de" or "@kvgarmisch.brk.de". I would like to add one exception for all these customers because we have about 25 of these.

Unfortunately, you will have to add all the 25 email domains to the exception. Setting them all up as *.brk.de would not be possible.
