Sophos Central Email Gateway - Users instructions

Hello All,

I am looking on moving our email to Sophos Central Email Gateway and looking to use the Self Service Portal.

I cant find any documentation to provide my users on the changes ...Sophos is no help. I ask them for a user 

document. Has anyone in the community created their own user docs yet that is related to Sophos Self Service Portal

and what the users will see in their Outlook and how to handle the messages?
