Sophos Secure Email not sending follow up notifications

Hey all, new to the forum, apologies if I break any rules. I did search before posting but couldn't find anything.

 

We use Sophos Mobile with the Secure Mail App but are having some trouble with notifications. When an email is received a notification is sent to the phone as expected, however any further emails do not prompt a second notification.

 

This is across all our Android phones (no iOS on site), other mail clients work as expected.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    On Android devices, notifications are not displayed if the app is completely closed (not running in the task manager anymore). However, it is already in discussion and there is no time schedule available yet. I will confirm this with our development team if we can get any further information regarding the same.
