No Email Smart Banners displayed!

Hello everybody,

is the "Email Smart Banners" feature online for all users in central? The smart banner policy settings have been activated, but no banners are displayed in the incoming emails. Or is this feature only for normal mailboxes enabled and not for shared mailboxes too?

    Basically Shared Mailboxes should be like "normal mailboxes" from Central perspective. 

     

    Only Public Folder and Distribution Lists are separated. 

    And as far as i know, this feature is not applying for Public Folder and Distribution lists.

    Hi During the initial implementation the SmartBanners were only being applied if the user Allow/Block List feature was enabled. However this has now been modified so that the banners should now be applied without this enabled, albeit without the allow/block links, as expected.
