Office 365 SPF Record Failure w/ Sophos Central

We are receing NDRs intermittently (not to all recipients). The NDR is stating that we are missing spf.protection.outlook.com from our SPF records. However, we are forcing ALL outbound traffic through Sophos. What we noticed is that the emails that are failing seem to somehow bypass Sophos Central.  The ones that ARE working are going through sophos central.

 

These are all external (outside the organization) recipients.
