No Inbound Email

Hello:

Anyone reporting issue with the Sophos Email Gateway (cloud-based)?  No inbound email for the last 30 minutes.  Tried sending email from GMail to our corporate email and not seeing it to hit the Sophos Email Gateway.  Outbound is working though.
