Sophos Central has a problem with interface language

I choose traditional Chinese as the default language of Central, but every time I log in again, English is displayed, and it will return to normal only after re-selection

    Thank you for reaching out to our Community Forum. I suggest starting with clearing the cache on your browser and see if that helps.

    Additionally, you may also check if the browser's cookies are cleared in between logins. If your browser auto-clears cookies, you can configure your browser to keep cookies for Central.sophos.com and login.sophos.com

    Administrators requesting to change the language

    The following information is required from administrators:

    • What is the license number of the affected Sophos Central account? If it is an MSP account, what is its email address as shown in the Sophos Central Partner dashboard?
    • What is the name/email of the Sophos Central Administrator seeing the language discrepancy?
    • Where is the language discrepancy seen within the Sophos Central Admin Dashboard (for example, events, alerts, email alerts, and so on)?
    • What should the account language be changed to?
