Is there a way in Central to generate a report of SFOS and firmware/pattern versions of all XG's?
Hello there,
It seems there is no available report template for this on Firewall Management on Central and on-box at this point of time.
You may try to bring this up as a Feature Request to your local Sales Rep AM/SE or you can use the in-product feedback in the Sophos Firewall located in the Top Menu Bar.

If you have a Sophos XDR License, I suggest submitting a feature request (or Feedback as Raphael suggested) for the Firmware/Pattern information to be fed into the XDR Data Lake.
