we can create Super admin user for Group mail ID?

I have tried to add user in Sophos central for the group mail ID. Added successfully, but the welcome mail not received for the account mail.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum. 

    Could you send me a private message with the email address you tried to use? I would like to check the logs in our system to see if any errors have been generated related to the account creation.
