AD Users on RDS-Servers don't appear in Central?

Hey,

I've got a question regarding Sophos Central / Intercept X for Servers / Remote Desktop Session Hosts.

We got a Terminalserverfarm with four Session-Hosts, all equipped with Intercept-X for Server.
There is a policy which restricts web-browsing and it seems to work (for example porn sites are blocked correctly) - but there is no entry in Sophos Central for this warn/block events.

And all AD Users, except for some Users with local fat clients are marked as "inactive" - last seen in April - but we don't changed anything back then.

I know that the License Model has changed but the Users shouldn't be marked as offline?

Thank you for reaching out to our Community. Can you confirm if the option to log web control events is turned on? You'll find this by going to Policies > (Open the Policy) > Settings.

Regarding the inactive users, is the Active Directory Synchronization set-up in Sophos Central?

yes I can verify that Log web control events is turned on.

No - we don't sync the Active Directory Users.
