Safe Browsing detected browser Google Chrome has been compromised

Hi all,

I got an alert from my Sophos Central saying that "Safe Browsing detected browser Google Chrome has been compromised". I clicked on the details and not much were provided. May I know how to mitigate this problem https://19216811.cam/.
