Product not available on lacal machine, Real-time protection i

Hello everyone need help for two situations:

the products for which we have licenses appear on the management interface (image1).
But on the Client machine, the product is missing (image3).
I am also facing the following problem:
A web application that I use sends the message: Real-time protection is not enabled for the antispyware software installed (image3)
on your machine. But by checking my settings in sophos central, this option is enabled.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum. 

    The line for "Endpoint Protection" corresponds to the older architecture of Sophos Endpoint. You can read more about the changes that have occurred since then in the following article.

    The UI you are seeing on the local device is expected, as the components specific to "Endpoint Protection" are no longer present on the local device. 

    I've reached out internally to clarify why the UI in Sophos Central continues to show this way. I will update you here as I receive feedback.

    Regarding the Web Application, the vendor for the web application will need to be informed of these changes as well. They’re welcome to contact our team for any clarification needed to verify if scanning is active.
