Sophos Central Email Relay Option

hello 
 is it possible to configure a host based relay via Sophos Central Email? This setting is available in the XG Firewall. Our question is how we can configure this feature with Sophos Central.

No you cannot. Central will only accept Emails with a valid Email Address. If you have a valid Email addresse, you can use the Relay Address in Central with any Server/Device. But the Email in FROM has to be correct.
