Sophos Central report scheduling - Unable to do

There is no option to Schedule a Sophos central report under Logs and Report Section, Can anyone help ?

  • Because your Enterprise Super Admin is not located directly on the sub-estate, and is only elevated for the duration that you're accessing the sub-estate, the problem exists. 

    If you wish to schedule custom reports, you will need to log in directly to the sub-estate without the use of Central Enterprise. This will require you to create an Admin account directly on each of the sub-estates for reporting purposes.
