Sophos Central force MFA setup keeps saying my account is locked out

  • I log in we the username and password we have on file
  • It says a code has been sent to my email address, nothing hits the inbox (I confirmed it's not even hitting the spam filter)
  • I enter a code I received on the 10th as that is the only thing I have to try
  • I get a response from the web page indicating that I've failed login too many times and the account is locked out for 30 minutes
  • I try again a day later and get the same response
