I have a account of read only used for monitoring, but the session closes constantly for inactivity. It is possible increase the inactivity time so that the session does not close?

Also, this isn't the best way to achieve this goal.
I would suggest you look into our API system: https://developer.sophos.com/
From that you could create system polling that will give you a consistent status of your account without running into the timeout of the UI.
Then, when you get an alert, you could log in and see what is happening.
