API: Retrieve contact information from tenant as Partner

Hi Greg, could I inquire what type of contact are you looking to retrieve? Partner admin contact, Enterprise Admin contact, or Tenant Admin contact?  Also, what are you attempting to achieve via this API?

If you are looking for Partner Admin contact APIs, we are currently planning to release APIs for Partner Admin management (including retrieval) around the August timeframe.

Indeed, with the Partner API I would like to have the Contact Info of every customer.

The same information when you execute this request on the website: cloud.sophos.com/.../contact
but through the partner API: developer.sophos.com/.../get

Hey Greg, that's actually why I wanted clarification on the question, as I don't think we are aligned on the understanding.  The Partner Admin API due for release in August will only list and allow management of Partner Admins.  From your description, it sounds like you want to have that list one level down at the tenant level.

We do have on our roadmap toward the very end of the year to allow for Tenant admin promotion and management.  From the sounds of it, I think that is actually more of what you are looking for, but I would ask more about your use case as to what are are attempting to do with the contact list to ensure this will accommodate your use case.

The other request we have is to retrieve the SuperAdmin & Admin for each tenant. The ones that you can see in Sophos Central Admin. If I understood correctly, it will be release in August, correct?

Tenant admin management and retrieval is currently on the roadmap but development has not begun on this.  It's currently slotted to land toward the very end of the year.  As always, I say this information with the very large asterisk "Subject to Change".
