Sandboxie 5.31-1

I have Sandboxie version 5.30, working fine and updates say
"The Sandboxie web site does not report a newer version of Sandboxie".

?? Sandboxie version 5.31-1 is a newer version ??
Why does it say this on my update ?

Should I replace my 5.30 with 5.31-1 ?

Beta versions are downloaded manually. They contain fixes/improvements that get added up until a release version is created:
https://community.sophos.com/products/sandboxie/sandboxie-beta-versions/

Release versions will show up via Sandboxie program when available.

I will wait until it is officially released via the Sandboxie update, never play with prototypes.
