Ten Ways To Spot a Phish Quiz error

Hello,

I am working on creating Phishing Campaigns for the company I work for and I am unable to select a multiple choice answer for the following quiz "Ten Ways To Spot A Phish Quiz". I tried Chrome/Firefox/Edge browsers.  Attached screen captures below for reference.

    Was this previously working fine before? Also, have you tried clearing the browser's cache/or tying in an incognito/private browsing?

    This is the first time I am trying out these quizzes before releasing to others in the company for training.  I cleared the browsers cache and tried incognito mode and still unable to choose one of the options. I tried this quiz on other PCs as well.
