User receiving all emails except Sophos Training

I have a new user that is receiving all internal as well as external emails, but is not receiving the Sophos Training emails. I'm truely at a loss. I've verified its not sitting in quarantine or blocked by the user.

    Thank you for the clarification.

    I would recommend you to get a case open, so our Support Team can check on the logs, if the emails are being generated and sent to the user.

    My wild guess is that the user was created at some point,(in another account) then deleted, or the user might have created a trial account using the same email address, and it has two different SUDs.
