Providing reporting/results to client

Hi, I've recently switched our MSP over to using Sophos Phish Threat after coming from Webroot Security Awareness Training.

 

So far, Sophos seems to be much better as far as variety of training modules and different attacks but I'm kinda confused on how to provide results to my client. Previously I would craft a report from the Webroot results page which had graphs and a bit cleaner interface for reporting. Sophos appears to only have a CSV export. 

I was thinking maybe I'd give my clients a login to the Sophos portal and they could be notified each time a campaign ends and they could go check.

 

How are others providing results to their clients?

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community!

    For now, only CSV is the only way to import the reports, you can create a readonly user for your customer to allow him/her access to the Reports directly in Sophos Central. 

    New ways to import the reports are coming to Sophos Central, so stay tuned.
