Forwards trip an open status

While fishing a user with a "click to do xxx", they forwarded the message to their manger to ask if it was legitimate. It registered that as a CLICK event, sending the user into training. I think that's a bug as the user didn't actually fall for the Phish. Anyone else see this occurring?

    Is your company using any email protection settings that may automatically open and scan links contained within emails?

    Otherwise, can you confirm this only affects emails that have been forwarded? Can you reproduce the issue?
