How do you insert photos into a Phish Threat email?

We want to run Phish Threat as a service and run monthly campaigns (we create) for our customers.

The problem I keep running into is that it seems impossible to insert images or graphics into template emails. I've tried updating the Company Logo in Settings > Company Profile > Logo Image. I keep getting an error message, so I've created a service ticket for that.

However, even if that gets solved it doesn't really fix my problem because if we run multiple campaigns for different customers, we want to be able to insert different logos into different campaigns. For example, if we send an email from the HR domain and make it look like it's coming internally, we want to be able to insert the company logo at the bottom of the email.

Can someone please walk me through how to do this?

Thank you!

  • Hello,

Thank you for responding. I would really appreciate it if you could check into it for me. The case # is 8182269. I responded to the initial email from support I got but haven't heard back yet...

  • Hey

Thanks for getting back to me.

As the engineer mentioned in the case (for the sake of any other users finding this thread):

There is a way to upload a logo when you create a campaign at the stage where you can edit a template, but it will be a one-time change, as you would need to edit a template again to upload another logo (at the moment, there is no way to save it). However, this would be a great feature request. I strongly encourage you to submit a feature request through Central -> Help -> Give feedback
