UTM migrating to esxi 7.0 (or 6.5 or 6.7)

Our client need to migrate from ESXi 5.1 to a newer version. The client has Sophos Astaro UTM installed. Current version 9.707-5.

Is it possible to migrate this solution to ESXi 7.0 U1, or is it necessary to migrate to version 6.5 or 6.7?
