Suspected user CLIUSR (SophosUser, Users)

Hello everyone, I have a customer that have a curiosity for a "suspected" user that appered into the user accounts of one of their Servers.

The user is "CLIUSR" (SophosUser, Users), I tried to find info for the user and the functionality but I don't find anything, colud you tell me if this is a legitime user or no??

    Could you please confirm if you are using Windows cluster configuration? The CLIUSR account is a local user account created by the Failover Clustering feature when it is installed on Windows Server 2012 or later.
