Client reports spyware but doesn't report to console

if it has subsequently been cleaned up (this should also be ib the email) it won't appear as an alert requiring resolution. In the console you should see it in the server's computer details though.

There is no information in the client log to say that the virus has been cleaned, only that it was detected

There is no mention of it at all in the Console
