Default update Port 80

you mean for the Primary or Secondary (HTTP) location in the updating policy? IIRC it is possible with the usual syntax server.acme.com:10080/SophosUpdate.

as said, if you have some service on port 80 and can't share this port or you can't install the webserver on some other server you can publish the /SophosUpdate/ folder on some other port.

Two thing will be there how can i port 80 delete.

oh, this is something entirely different - this is the Management Host service and has nothing to do with updating.

netsh http delete urlacl URL=http://+:80

will remove the reservation. Please see Why is port 80 required ... for potential additional steps you have to take.
