Cannot update Recommended subscription

if it's not clear from the other posts: First of all, unless you are already familiar with reading the logs you'll likely miss the actual error. Secondly, this kind of update errors occurs early in the updating cycle.
Please show a cycle from its start (and ideally upload the log, screenshots can't be searched).

Thanks for your reply. I fixed the problem in "Default policy" by resetting the same path "\\ ServerSOPHOS \ SophosUpdate" to "secondary server", and  it's working.
