I'm a SOPHOS Reseller and I want to use CIXA through NFR license that I received from the distributor. I've tried to make a new SOPHOS ID on central.sophos.com but no luck. I also tried my credentials that I use to login the partner portal but unsuccessful. Can anyone please guide me through the process.

Do you have a license schedule for this NFR license? Activating NFR license is has no deference on activating a normal license which you provide to customers

Most likely this issue is due to an existing Sophos account being registered to the email where you want to activate the NFR license. Our customer care will also advise you on the best course of action to help you activate this license
