We bought a licence for extended Support for Windows 7 and even entering the licence informations given by Sophos, update manager still telling that isn't that the OS isn't supported.
Can you tell me ho to solve this problem ?

Could you please help us with the error screenshot? The new subscription supports Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2, and Windows SBS 2011 only. Do not assign any other operating systems to the subscription. Please check this article and confirm if the new updating policy has been created after applying for the extended license
