You have created another peripheral control policy and want to remove the same however wants to transfer the exemptions created under that policy to be transferred to a base policy which you will apply to all the machines? It is always recommended to create another policy and make the changes to the same rather than changing under the base policy. Let me know if there is some other scenario,

Thanks for you reply, you are correct, but because of using a new policy, we have to rely on the user being added to our Security Group on AD, unless there is another way rather than having to manually add the users?

When you create the policy select the Device type instead of User policy. The bottom radial button.

These types of policies apply regardless of user and are assigned specifically to the machines.
