Hi Everyone,

In the Update Managers view of the Sophos Enterprise Console (SEC) a 'Software Delivery Failed' message can be seen associated with one or more Update Managers in a customer's environment:

If you right-click on the affected SUM and select 'View Update Manager Details' the below errors can also be seen:

These alerts can be seen when a product has been retired by Sophos and your Update Manager config has not been updated to reflect these changes.  Sophos have noted that a number of these errors are occurring following the recent SAV for vShield retirement.
