Sophos has not been working for weeks and will not let me uninstall. I see no customer service number to call. You have been great for years so please don't screw me now that I want to get rid of you.

is this indeed the SEC-managed version (and from your other post I assume it is on a Mac)?
Or is it one of the free versions, if so - which one?

It is the free Sophos Anti-Virus.app. Worked well for so long, I cannot figure out what happened. I dumped the whole thing last night and am now trying out Avast.

Try force remove it. Also there no support for free products haha.
