Endpoint installation errors

I am trying to install the Endpoint Protection on one of my workstations running windows 7 pro and logged in as a regular user I get the error that Group Policy is blocking the installation. I logged in as administrator and the install went through uninstalling third party software and then it quits and I am getting this in my log file:

Any help would be appreciated. I looked around on the error code and the only thing I saw was about visual c version 9. I installed that but it still generates the same log.
