「Sophos Agent サービスからのトランザクション応答を待機中にタイムアウト(30000ミリ秒)になりました。」

    Using Google translate it says:

    - Timeout waiting for a transaction response from Sophos Agent Service
    - In the Windows event log , the following log is output . Meaning and please tell me how to respond . " For a transaction response from Sophos Agent service timed out ( 30000 milliseconds ) while waiting . "

    I'd suggest it's something along these lines:

    community.sophos.com/.../120970
