Tamper Protection

I would like to know if there are any ways to bypass the Tamper Protection password. 

I have mobile users that urgently needs to remove Sophos Antivirus but they do not have access to our company's LAN.

Other than giving away tamper protection passwords to the mobile users, is there any work around on this?

    Thanks Christian. It more of a case of " opss i forgot the password" scenario more than anything else. This mobile user was not updated to SEC for a couple of months already and i have changed the tamper protection a few times :smileysurprised: 

    And now i have completely forgotten what was the old password. *bangs head on the wall*
