Windows 10 - ESC has stopped asking me to authorize firewall access for apps, so I have to preemptively add all my apps manually. Have reinstalled, no luck. How do I get the popups back?

I have to face the same problem. I also tried out to solve the problem by setting the UAC on lowest behaving, but this doesn't help either. What can we do except to wait for a solving update?
