installation via email link

hi

I have emailed a link to 2 users to install endpoint

it ahs installed but both installs have registered agaiant the initial user

so I have 2 installs and only 1 user showing on the portal?

    The emailed installer links are setup to associate each computer with the same user.  These are really "per-user" links. 

    If you check the user you sent the email from, they will have two device associated.

    Note: users are associated to their device through the login.  So you can create a new user manually to represent one of these users.  Then associate their login to it by clicking on the edit link by the logins section of the user.  This will move the device under this user.

    The installer links found here:
    https://cloud.sophos.com/manage/downloads

    are generic for the account such that new users will be created.
