Having issues with installing Sophos Enpoint on Vista

When trying to run the installation from the Enterprise Console I am error out.  I am getting "The installation could not be started.  The computer may need additional configuration before installatioin.  Code 000002e."  Would anyone know how resolve this issue?

    you serious - or is Vista free :smileysurprised:? Sorry - but ... VISTA??

    Still, if you have already tried the article I fear I have no simple and guaranteed to be effective tip. It takes less than 10 minutes to download the tool and create a custom installer package. Would this be an alternative?
