Having issues with installing Sophos Enpoint on Vista

When trying to run the installation from the Enterprise Console I am error out.  I am getting "The installation could not be started.  The computer may need additional configuration before installatioin.  Code 000002e."  Would anyone know how resolve this issue?

    This is what I already tried.  I was looking for someone with this same situation and a resolution for it.  For right now we have one computer, but other then the 7 boxes the rest of the XP machines will go to vista.  Not very many, but would be nice for only one way to acomplish this.
