Having issues with installing Sophos Enpoint on Vista

When trying to run the installation from the Enterprise Console I am error out. I am getting "The installation could not be started. The computer may need additional configuration before installatioin. Code 000002e." Would anyone know how resolve this issue?

Hello Justin12,
please see Unable to push out endpoint software with error 0000002e returned to console and note the links in the Important: paragraph. Vista isn't the latest and greatest - is this a singular problem or do you have more Vistas to protect? If the former I'd not bother with troubleshooting but install manually.
