Conduit Search Protect Threat

Hi

I have this threat present on my quarantine manager and can not remove. It says I do not have admin rights to address this threat but all of my accesses show me to be an administrator.

Attached is a screen shot of the quarantine manager.

Are there any suggestions please.

    Hello Russ,

    please click the View product information link on the left, you'll then see your Current user rights as far as Sophos is concerned. Likely your account is not a member of the (Windows) SophosAdministrator group (the groups are populated at install time and if your account has been created or added to the Administrators group afterwards it won't be a member).

    If you do have admin rights you can add yourself to the SophosAdministrator group. Close and re-open the GUI to make sure the change is picked up.
