Update Manager stopped getting update from Sophos Databank

hi guys,

i have 2 update managers and one of them just stopped getting updates from Sophos Databank. I tried putting the username and password again and got this error "Timeout while attempting to connect to the specified address".

is this my network firewall blocking the connection?

Hi,
When you perfrom this test, can you grab a copy of the latest SUMtracelog file and attach it here?

If it's updating from "Sophos" directly it's just HTTP. See:
