Citrix Xenapp - Awaiting policy transfer

HI,

We are moving from MCAfee to Sophos and getting issues with Citrix and the enterprise console. The image i am updating is resetting the machine ID and updating successfully on server reboots, but it is saying awaiting policy update on the updating policy. I can't find any obvious errors.

    Hello Ian,

    guess Jak's post explains what you are observing. In short, either the updating policy has been changed since the image has been built or the endpoint has been moved to a group with a policy different from the one in the build (note each policy has a unique identifier so two policies are different even if one is an exact copy of the other).
