Update to 10.2?

Hi all,

Please forgive my ignorance if this is a simple question.

We currently have Enterprise Console v5.2.0.644, and Endpoint Protection v10.0.

A few months ago I recieved an email saying that we would automatically be upgraded to v10.2, however I have noticed that we are still on v10.0.

We are only subscibed to the "Recommended" software subscription, which has us subscribed to "10.0 Recommended" for Windows 2000 and above.

Should I be changing our subscription to recieve updates?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Many Thanks,

David.

  • Hi David,

    The subscription change should have moved anyone using a subscription tagged as "Recommended" to the latest version.  It would be worth checking your subscription settings in Enterprise Console to ensure you are using the "Recommended" subscription, if it is using "Recommended" subscription and still on 10.0 it would be worth giving support a call/email so we can investigate further.

    The article below will also tell you the lastet versions of the product should you be concerned;
