Auto-Manual Update failing

I'm getting these message in my log. I checked on-line and nothing seems to answer what this means. Of course I checked my username and password and they are correct.

  • Hi,

Could you clear the "trace" log files from:

    C:\ProgramData\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Logs

    or

    C:\Program files\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Logs

    depending on OS.

Then kick off an update and wait for it to complete (monitor with "View updating status" option from right clicking on the shield), this should generate a fresh trace log with just the content of a single update.  Can you then attach that log to the post.

    Regards,

    Jak
