Quarantine Manager fails to offer accept and blocks valuable applications

Hi,

my sophos Endpoint Security and Control10.3 blocks valuable application in quarantine and does not offer accept. I can only delete or move these applications / dlls. I need help or a fix for the major error.

    Hello Stephan,

    are these detections recent? There has been an issue with Shh/Updater-B false positives - more than a year ago. AFAIK this detection no longer exists (I don't think it has made a reappearance).

    Simply remove them from the list, click Alles markieren (assuming all are Shh) and then Entfernen (the German text is scaring, the English version reads Clear from list). BTW - whether they are on the list or not has no effect on subsequent detection or blocking. If they are again blocked then something is wrong.
