No Patch available in Protect Computer

I know that the Patch module is license dependant so my question really is how do I determine if my license is "good enough" to be able to install the Patch Assessment onto computers..

I am sure we have the correct license (Enterprise) but I was not the one who bought it.. It was 3 years ago, how do find out?
