SEC 5.1 - Update Manager fails cannot edit path / user

Hi,

due security reasons we had to change all service/admin passwords within a very quick time window. Unfortunately since then Sophos is unable to deploy its downloaded Updates onto our \\Share\Path. I cannot even edit the share within the Update Manager as its "greyed out", therefore its using the old pass and fails (I assume).

Is there any fix to this? We have about 40 clients that cannot get updates since the update manager fails to deploy its content to the destinated path.

You can only edit the username and password of non-default shares (i.e., not the local 'SophosUpdate' share). Have you checked these...

Also worth checking all the Sophos services are running and/or using the correct account and password.
